AI Image BG is operated under the legal name BackgroundRemove. By purchasing a paid AI Image BG plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.
AI Image BG paid plans may renew automatically according to the billing period shown at checkout or inside the product. If you do not want your subscription to continue, you must cancel it before the next renewal date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Refund requests may still be submitted under the 14-day process described below.
After cancellation, you may continue using the paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless your access is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the transaction date.
For purchases processed through Paddle, refund requests are handled according to Paddle's refund process. You may submit a refund request through Paddle buyer support, your Paddle receipt, or the billing link available in your account.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
